Rules

Check in time is from 12 PM onwards and check out time is before 11 AM.
All guests must present a valid identification document such as passport, citizenship card, or driving license at check-in.
Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are requested to respect the comfort and privacy of other guests at the resort.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in guest rooms without prior permission.
Use of hotel property, furniture, and facilities must be done responsibly and with care.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s stay.
No-show without prior notice will be charged for the entire booking amount.
Group bookings of more than five rooms require at least seven days’ cancellation notice.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within seven working days via the original payment method.

House Rules

Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 6 AM for the comfort of all guests.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and not allowed inside rooms.
Pets are allowed only in specific rooms with prior confirmation from management.
