All guests must carry and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. The guest house reserves the right to refuse accommodation if proper identification is not provided. Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful environment of the property. Any damage to rooms, furniture, or guest house property will be chargeable to the guest. The management reserves the right to deny services to any guest involved in inappropriate behavior or violation of property rules.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, early departures, or no-show cases will be charged one night’s room tariff or the full booking amount, as applicable. Refunds if applicable will be processed as per guest house policy. Cancellation terms may vary during peak seasons or special dates and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Loud music or noise that disturbs other guests is not allowed, especially during night hours. Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by management. Outside food policies may apply.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the guest house. Room allocation is at the discretion of management based on booking category. The guest house is not responsible for loss of valuables unless deposited with the front desk. Guests are requested to follow local laws and safety guidelines during their stay. Management reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice. Any disputes shall be subject to Shillong jurisdiction only.
