Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking are allowed in the room.
Visitors are allowed in common areas only, not inside guest rooms.
Please keep noise levels low to maintain a peaceful environment.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (not inside rooms).
Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for keeping the room and property clean.
Any property damage caused by the guest will be chargeable.
Pets are allowed only if confirmed with the property before arrival.

📜 Rules & General Policies

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
The full room payment must be settled during check-in unless agreed otherwise.
Extra bed or additional person charges apply as per hotel policy.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests misbehaving or violating rules.
Cooking inside the rooms is not permitted.
Using speakers, playing loud music, or disturbing other guests is not allowed.
Towels, linens, and room accessories must not be taken out of the property.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation if cancelled 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur 50% of the booking amount.
Same-day cancellation or no-show will be charged 100% (no refund).
Date changes are allowed once, subject to availability.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
For bookings made through third-party sources, their cancellation policies will apply.
Early check-out is non-refundable unless approved by management.
