CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Guests can enjoy a free-cancellation window up to 15 days prior to the check-in date.
✔️ Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are fully non-refundable.
✔️ No-show bookings will be charged the total reservation amount.
✔️ Early departures are treated as cancellations, and no refund will be issued for unused nights.
✔️ Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and the hotel’s prevailing tariff on revised dates.
✔️ Special rates, festive bookings, and promotional tariffs may be non-modifiable and non-refundable.
✔️ Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original mode of payment within the hotel’s standard timelines.

✔️ Outside food may be consumed inside rooms; however, strong-odor items are discouraged to maintain room hygiene.
✔️ Any damage or loss caused by guests will result in applicable charges.
✔️ Common areas such as lounges and corridors must be used respectfully and kept clean.
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain courteous behavior towards staff and fellow residents.
✔️ Items such as explosives, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

✔️ The hotel is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural calamities, strikes, or transport disruptions.
