Rules

Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
Guests must present a valid government issued ID or passport at check-in.
Advance payment may be required during peak season, holidays, or special events.
Children above 6 years may be charged as adults.
Extra beds are available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50 percent of the total booking amount.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100 percent of the total stay.
Early departures after check-in are non-refundable.
Date modifications are subject to room availability and revised rates at the time of change.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common indoor areas.
Pets are not allowed inside the property.
Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM for the comfort of all guests.
Use of the garden, balcony, and open areas should respect the privacy of other guests.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The lodge is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be charged to the responsible person.
