At The White IBIS A Boutique Hotel, Sibsagar, we aim to ensure a comfortable, safe, and memorable stay for every guest.
✔️ Check-in is available from 12:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
✔️ All guests must present a valid Government-approved photo ID at the time of arrival.
✔️ Room occupancy must not exceed the allotted number of guests per category for safety and comfort.
✔️ Children are welcome; however, age-based charges may apply as per room type.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor public areas; designated outdoor smoking zones are provided.
✔️ Pets are not allowed within the premises.
✔️ Complimentary parking is available but is strictly at the owner’s risk.
✔️ Alcohol consumption is permitted inside guest rooms only, in accordance with local regulations of Assam.
Guests are requested to maintain peaceful conduct, especially considering the serene environment and cultural significance of Sibsagar. Any behaviour causing disturbance, property damage, or safety risk may lead to cancellation of stay without refund. For the comfort of all guests, hotel staff instructions must be respected at all times.

✔️ Reservations at The White IBIS A Boutique Hotel can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in.
✔️ Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s tariff.
✔️ In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Early departures are treated as last-minute cancellations, and no refunds will be provided for unused nights.
✔️ Date modifications are allowed once, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
✔️ Special promotional or discounted bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable.
All refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within the standard processing period.

✔️ Outside food is permitted but should not cause odour or hygiene issues.
✔️ Any damage to hotel property, whether intentional or accidental, will be charged to the guest.
✔️ Public areas such as the lounge and corridors should be used respectfully without causing inconvenience to others.
For safety,
✔️ hazardous items such as candles, heating appliances, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. All guests are expected to maintain courteous conduct towards staff and fellow visitors.
