1. Check-in/Check-out Timing:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Identification Required:
All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in (e.g., Passport, Aadhar Card, Driver’s License, or Voter ID).
Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
3. Payment Policy:
Payment must be made at check-in or before check-out.
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and online payment methods.
A pre-authorization hold may be placed on the card for incidentals.
4. Cancellation/Modification Policy:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a 1-night charge.
Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
