SONA HOTEL welcomes guests to a comfortable and secure stay in the heart of Bongaigaon, Assam. ✔️ Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM; early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
✔️ A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of arrival.
✔️ Room occupancy must adhere to the prescribed limit for each category, and additional guests may attract extra charges.
✔️ Children below the specified age can stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and enclosed hotel areas; designated smoking zones are provided.
✔️ Pets are not allowed within hotel premises for safety and hygiene reasons.
✔️ Parking is available for in-house guests, though the hotel is not liable for vehicle loss or damage.
✔️ Consumption of alcohol is permitted inside rooms but must be done responsibly, without disturbing other guests.
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain decorum, follow safety instructions, and respect local cultural norms of Assam.
✔️ Management reserves the right to deny admission or request evacuation for misconduct or safety concerns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Bookings at SONA HOTEL can be cancelled free of charge within the designated free-cancellation window provided at the time of reservation.
✔️ Cancellations made after this period may attract a partial charge based on the booking plan.
✔️ In case of a no-show, the full booking amount may be retained.
✔️ Early departure is subject to charges for the remaining nights, as per policy.
✔️ Modifications such as date changes or room category changes depend on availability and may revise the tariff.
✔️ Certain promotional or discounted bookings may fall under a non-refundable category, where no refund is applicable.
✔️ All cancellation requests must be communicated directly to the hotel.
HOUSE RULES

✔️ Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and guests are expected to keep noise levels low.

✔️ Outside food may be allowed; however, strong-odour foods are discouraged to maintain room hygiene.
✔️ Any damage caused to hotel property will be chargeable as per repair or replacement cost.
✔️ Common spaces such as the lobby and corridors must be used respectfully without causing inconvenience to others.
✔️ Guests must avoid behaviour that disrupts safety, including misuse of electrical appliances or carrying hazardous materials.
✔️ Illegal, harmful, or disruptive items are strictly prohibited within the premises.

✔️ In events beyond the hotel’s control—such as natural calamities, strikes, or emergencies (force majeure)—SONA HOTEL reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without liability.

✔️ The hotel reserves the right of admission and may decline service in cases of misconduct or safety risks.
✔️ Refunds, wherever applicable, are processed through the original mode of payment within the stipulated timeline.
✔️ Illegal or disruptive activities within hotel premises will result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
