Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM
ID Proof Required: All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Extra Guests: Only registered guests allowed in rooms. Extra guests will be charged accordingly.
Children Policy: Children below 6 years can stay free (without extra bed).
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Quiet Hours: Maintain low noise levels after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
Visitors Policy: Outside visitors are allowed only in common areas and not after 9:00 PM.
Lost & Found: The resort is not responsible for valuables left unattended in rooms.
? CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free Cancellation:
Cancel 48 hours before check-in to get a full refund.
Late Cancellation:
Cancelling within 48 hours of check-in will result in one night’s charge.
No-Show:
No-show without prior notice will result in 100% booking charge.
Early Check-Out:
No refund for unused nights in case of early departure.
Date Change Policy:
Modifications allowed up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.

Cleanliness: Keep your room and public areas clean. Housekeeping is available daily.
No Parties Allowed: Loud music, parties, or events in rooms are not permitted.
Respect Other Guests: Please behave courteously with hotel staff and fellow guests.
Property Damage: Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
Key Policy: Lost room keys will incur a replacement fee.
Food Delivery: Outside food is allowed but must not cause disturbance or litter.
Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, fans, and AC when leaving the room.
Alcohol Use: Allowed in private rooms only, as per local laws.
Safety First: Follow all emergency instructions during fire drills or power outages.
Unregistered Guests: Only checked-in guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Force Majeure: No compensation will be made for cancellations due to natural calamities or emergencies.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings; management is not liable for loss or theft.
Conduct: Misconduct, illegal activities, or abusive behavior will lead to eviction without refund.
Event Bookings: Group or event bookings may have special terms and advance deposits.

Policy Agreement: Booking or staying at the resort implies agreement to all rules and terms.
