Rules
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards and check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
Guests must present a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
Advance booking confirmation is required to secure reservations.
Full payment or partial deposit may be required before arrival.
Any damage caused to property or amenities will be charged to the guest.
Quiet hours are maintained after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the rooms.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest violating rules.
Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur one night’s charge.
In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
Early check-out requests are subject to hotel approval and partial refund policies.
Special group bookings may have separate cancellation rules communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 working days.
House Rules
Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests staying at the lodge.
Do not disturb local wildlife or damage natural surroundings during activities.
Use electricity and water responsibly as part of the eco-friendly initiative.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation but misbehavior under the influence is strictly prohibited.
Illegal substances and activities are not permitted within the lodge premises.
Guests are requested to keep valuables safely; the lodge is not responsible for unattended belongings.
Visitors from outside are allowed only with prior permission of the management.
Loud music or parties are not allowed unless arranged in advance with approval.

Taxes and service charges may apply as per local government regulations.
The lodge is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.
Management holds the right to change or modify policies without prior notice.
Guests are expected to follow safety instructions during jungle safaris, canoe rides, or cultural tours.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Chitwan, Nepal.
By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with all lodge rules and terms.
