Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) required at check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Room occupancy strictly as per booking (extra person charges applicable).
No loud music or parties allowed within premises.
Alcohol consumption permitted in private rooms only, not in public/common areas.
Outside food and alcohol are discouraged for hygiene and safety reasons.
Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly permitted prior to arrival.
Children of all ages are welcome. Children above 5 years are charged as adults.

Cancellation Policy:

Free Cancellation if cancelled 7 days prior to check-in date.
50% charge if cancelled 3–6 days before check-in.
100% charge for cancellations made within 48 hours or in case of no-show.
Early departures will be charged for the full stay as per original reservation.
Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

House Rules:

Maintain silence during night hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) to respect other guests.
Guests are requested to treat staff and property with respect.
Do not damage linens, towels, furniture, or room amenities.
Please switch off lights, geysers, and electrical items when not in use.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms – use designated smoking areas only.
Use dustbins for waste; help keep the property clean and eco-friendly.
