 General Rules

Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
Advance booking confirmation required for guaranteed reservation.
Rates are on EP (Room Only), CP (Room + Breakfast), or MAP (Room + Breakfast + One Meal) basis.
Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice during peak seasons.
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
Extra mattress/bed for children or adults available on request with additional charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and indoor public areas.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation if cancelled 7 days before check-in date.
50% of booking amount charged for cancellations made within 3-6 days before arrival.
100% retention / no refund for last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours) or no-show.
Early departure after check-in will be charged for full booking nights.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain peace.
Visitors allowed only with prior permission of management.
Pets may be allowed (only in designated rooms) with advance notice, extra cleaning charge may apply.
