✅ General Rules
Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time: before 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in.
All reservations are confirmed only after payment or valid credit card guarantee.
✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy
Flexible Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur one night’s room charge.
No-show guests will be charged 100% of the first night.
Prepaid and non-refundable bookings cannot be modified or canceled.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
✅ House Rules
Smoking is not allowed in rooms or public areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
Pets are not permitted, unless stated under special packages.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM for guest comfort.
Visitors are allowed in guest rooms until 9:00 PM only. Overnight stays for visitors are prohibited.
Any loss or damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
Please follow hotel safety and emergency guidelines at all times.
✅ Extra Bed & Child Policy
Extra bed: NPR equivalent of AUD 30 per night (≈ ₹1,650 INR).
Extra child (above 6 years): NPR equivalent of AUD 50 per night (≈ ₹2,750 INR).
Children up to 6 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Baby cots are available on request, subject to availability.
✅ Terms & Conditions
Room rates are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable government taxes unless specified.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Special requests (extra pillows, higher floors, late check-out) are subject to availability and may incur charges.
The hotel will not be held responsible for loss of valuables not kept in the safe.
Guests must comply with fire, safety, and emergency regulations at all times.
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to any guest behaving inappropriately.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
