Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may include extra charges.
Guests must present a valid government ID or passport at check-in.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in rooms.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms; designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance by management.

? Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 72–24 hours of arrival: 50% of total booking charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: 100% of booking charged.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Group bookings may have different cancellation terms.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Parties, loud music, or disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
Children must always be accompanied by parents/guardians in public areas.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Rates are quoted in NPR (Nepalese Rupee) and subject to government taxes.
Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or accepted digital payment methods.
Children under 6 years stay free when sharing a bed with parents.
Extra bed charge: NPR 2,000 per night (approx. INR 1,250 / AUD 25).
Extra child (6–10 years) charge: NPR 1,200 per night (approx. INR 750 / AUD 15).
Early check-in/late check-out is subject to room availability and may include charges.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel rules.
Guests must follow all safety and fire regulations during their stay.
The hotel is not responsible for delays, losses, or cancellations due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
