Guests must present a valid Government ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence) at check-in.
Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa details.
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM (or as per hotel policy).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Only registered guests are allowed in rooms after 10:00 PM.
Visitors are allowed only in the lobby or designated areas.
Pets are allowed/not allowed (you can edit based on your hotel policy).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms (designated smoking zones available).
Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property.
Loud music, parties, or disturbances are not permitted.
The hotel reserves the right to enter rooms for housekeeping, safety, or maintenance.
Alcohol consumption may be allowed only in permitted areas (as per local laws).
Management has the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behaviour.
Please follow safety instructions and emergency procedures displayed in the hotel.
Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in (edit as needed).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged 1-night retention.
No-show without prior notice will result in 100% charge for the first night.
For group bookings (5 rooms or more), cancellation rules may differ.
Early departures will be charged for remaining unused nights (as per policy).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Special promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.
Booking modifications are subject to availability and rate changes.
? HOUSE RULES
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Parties, events, or gatherings inside rooms are not allowed.
Use of candles, incense sticks, or open flames is prohibited.
Do not remove towels, linens, or hotel items from the property.
Please switch off lights, AC, and electrical appliances when leaving the room.
Children must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss.
Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and hotel staff.
Please report any damage, malfunction, or issue immediately to reception.
Rooms will be cleaned daily unless requested otherwise.
Towels or linens damaged due to stains may incur additional charges.
Cooking inside rooms is not allowed (unless in an apartment/suite with a kitchenette).
? TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking and staying at the hotel, guests agree to all rules and policies.
Rates may change during peak season, weekends, or holidays.
All bookings are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
Government taxes (GST) are applicable as per current laws.
The hotel is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control (weather, strikes, natural calamities, etc.).
Payment must be made in full before or at check-in, unless otherwise specified.
Misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Hotel management reserves the right to change policies at any time.
Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Shillong court (or your city’s jurisdiction).
Guests must comply with safety guidelines and cooperate with hotel staff.
