Hotel Rules

Guests must present a valid government-approved ID proof at the time of check-in.
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Visitors are allowed in the lobby and restaurant area only.
Only registered guests are permitted inside the rooms.
The hotel is a smoke-free property; smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage.
Any damage to hotel property will be chargeable to the guest.
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises unless permitted by management.

Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
No-show will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.
Peak-season bookings and festival dates are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
For group bookings or event reservations, separate cancellation terms may apply.

Guests must switch off electrical appliances when leaving the room.
Kindly keep the room clean; housekeeping support is available on request.
Towels, linens, and hotel amenities must not be removed from the room.
Food delivery from outside is discouraged; the hotel restaurant is available for meals.
