Hotel Rules:

All guests must present a valid government ID or passport at the time of check-in.
Check-in is allowed only for guests with confirmed bookings; walk-ins are subject to availability.
Only registered guests are allowed inside rooms for safety and privacy reasons.
Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Hotel reserves the right to deny check-in in case of misconduct or policy violation.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation if canceled at least 72 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations between 48 to 72 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or in case of no-show are non-refundable.
Bookings under non-refundable or promotional rates cannot be canceled or changed.
Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.

House Rules:

Smoking is not allowed inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
No loud music or parties allowed after 10:00 PM to maintain peaceful environment.
Guests are requested to respect other guests and hotel property.
Outside food or alcohol is not permitted in guest rooms.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by parents/guardians at all times.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit/debit cards or take advance payment.
In case of early departure, the remaining nights will not be refunded.
Guests are advised to keep valuables in the locker or at the reception.
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Engaging in any illegal activity within the hotel premises will lead to cancellation without refund and will be reported to authorities.
