Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may include extra charges.
Guests must present a valid passport or government ID at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in rooms.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms; designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by hotel management.

? Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made 72–24 hours before arrival: 50% of booking charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows: 100% of booking charged.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Group and long-stay bookings may follow separate cancellation rules.

Loud parties, events, or disturbing behavior are not allowed.

Room rates are quoted in NPR (Nepalese Rupee) and subject to government taxes.
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or accepted digital wallets.
Children under 6 years stay free when sharing beds with parents.
Extra bed charge: NPR 2,000 per night (approx. INR 1,250 / AUD 25).
Extra child (6–10 years) charge: NPR 1,200 per night (approx. INR 750 / AUD 15).
Early check-in and late check-out may include additional charges.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating hotel rules.
Guests must follow all health, safety, and fire regulations.
The hotel is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural calamities or unforeseen events.
