Check-out time: before 11:00 AM
Valid government ID or passport is required at check-in.
Advance payment may be required during peak season or special holidays.
Children above 6 years may be charged as adults.
Extra beds are available on request, subject to availability and charges.

Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of total booking amount.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Early check-out is non-refundable once the stay has started.
Date modifications are subject to room availability and revised rates.

House Rules

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, not inside rooms.
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM for guest comfort.
Use of the swimming pool is allowed only during operating hours and at guest’s own risk.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the lodge is not liable for lost items.
Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) may affect reservations; in such cases, rescheduling may be offered instead of refund.
