✔️ Any damage to resort property will be charged to the responsible guest
✔️ Common areas should be used respectfully and left clean after use
✔️ Polite conduct and appropriate attire are expected in all public spaces
✔️ Firearms fireworks illegal substances and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited
✔️ Children must be supervised at all times for safety
✔️ Management reserves the right to take action in case of rule violations

✔️ All reservations at JMS Resort are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation
✔️ Room tariffs are subject to applicable taxes as per Meghalaya government regulations
✔️ Payments may be made via approved digital modes or cash at the property
✔️ JMS Resort shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural events or force majeure
✔️ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay
