Hotel Rules
Valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM and check-out time is up to 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Guests must settle all payments at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.
Outside food may be restricted in common areas for hygiene and safety.
Visitors are allowed only in the lobby and not inside guest rooms.
Room keys must be returned during check-out to avoid penalty charges.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and enclosed hotel areas.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may attract one-night retention charges.
No-show bookings will be charged full one-night room tariff.
Refunds if applicable will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Special promotional bookings may have non-refundable terms.
Date modification requests are subject to availability and tariff difference.

Maintain silence during night hours to ensure guest comfort.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only inside private rooms where legally permitted.
Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by management.
Illegal activities and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
Guests must not rearrange furniture or tamper with electrical fittings.
Children must be supervised by parents at all times.
Proper dress code must be maintained in common areas.
Waste should be disposed only in designated bins.
Fire safety instructions must be strictly followed.
Emergency exits should not be blocked or misused.
Terms and Conditions
Room tariff is subject to applicable government taxes.
Hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited in the reception.
Guests are responsible for personal belongings and room security.
Management holds the right to change rules without prior notice.
Power backup and water supply depend on local availability.
Any disputes shall be subject to Jorhat jurisdiction only.
Hotel services may be modified based on operational requirements.
Misbehavior toward staff or guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Force majeure situations are beyond hotel control and no liability shall apply.
By confirming the booking guests agree to all hotel policies.
