Hotel Rules:

Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM
ID Requirement: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in.
Children Policy: Children under 5 years stay free using existing bedding.
Extra Guests: Additional charges apply for extra beds or guests beyond the standard room occupancy.
Pets: Not allowed on the property.

Cancellation Policy:

 

Free cancellation if made at least 48 hours before check-in.
50% charge if cancelled within 24–48 hours of arrival.
100% charge for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
50% retention for cancellations within 3–6 days.
Full retention for less than 72 hours’ notice.
No refund or date changes allowed after booking confirmation.

House Rules:

Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
Quiet Hours: Please respect other guests and maintain silence from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Outside Guests: Visitors are allowed till 9:00 PM. Overnight stays are not permitted without prior registration.
Alcohol Policy: Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed in private areas only. No public intoxication.
Room Keys: Lost room keys will incur a replacement fee.
Food: Outside food is not permitted in the restaurant dining area.

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after full or partial payment.
Payments: Accepted via cash, major debit/credit cards, and digital payments (where available).
Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure: Hotel is not liable for cancellations or unavailability due to events beyond control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).
