HOTEL RULES
Hotel Sanjivani Heritage welcomes guests with warm Assamese hospitality and ensures a comfortable stay through clearly defined rules.
✔️ Check-In & Check-Out: Standard check-in begins at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, depending on room readiness and availability.
✔️ Identification Requirement: All guests must present a valid government-approved ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport or Driving License. The hotel reserves the right to decline check-in without proper documentation.
✔️ Room Occupancy: Each room category has a fixed occupancy limit for safety and comfort. Extra guests will incur additional charges, and extra bedding will be provided when required.
✔️ Children Policy: Children below 6 years can stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding. Standard extra-person charges apply for children above 6 years.
✔️ Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside rooms, washrooms, and corridors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available for guests.
✔️ Pets: Pets are not permitted within hotel rooms or common spaces to maintain hygiene standards.
✔️ Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available on a first-come basis. The hotel is not responsible for vehicle loss or damage.
✔️ Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol may be consumed only inside guest rooms. Drinking in public areas, the lobby, or corridors is not permitted.
✔️ Safety & Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour and follow all safety instructions. Hazardous items and unsafe activities are strictly prohibited.
CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in time.
✔️ Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty equal to one night’s room tariff.
✔️ No-Show: Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
✔️ Early Departure: No refund will be provided for unused nights if guests choose to check out earlier than planned.
✔️ Modification Rules: Any change in dates, room type, or guest details requires at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
✔️ Non-Refundable Bookings: All payments under non-refundable plans are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
HOUSE RULES
✔️ Cleanliness: Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Housekeeping assistance is available upon request.
✔️ Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Disruptive behaviour or loud music is not allowed.
✔️ Visitors: Visitors are permitted until 9:00 PM and must register at reception. Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not allowed.
✔️ Outside Food: Outside food is permitted, but guests should avoid items with strong odours that may disturb others.
✔️ Damages: Guests will be charged for any damage to hotel property, linens, electronics, or fixtures.
✔️ Common Areas: Hotel facilities such as terraces, lounges, and sitting areas are for registered guests only.
✔️ Prohibited Items: Hazardous objects, heating rods, hotplates, fireworks, strong chemicals, or illegal items are strictly banned.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
✔️ Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receiving an advance payment or valid guarantee. Guests must present booking details at check-in.
✔️ Tariff & Taxes: Room rates are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. Tariffs may vary during festive seasons or peak travel dates.
✔️ Payment Methods: The hotel accepts UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and cash.
✔️ Force Majeure: Hotel Sanjivani Heritage is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or situations beyond control.
✔️ Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or their children.
✔️ Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay due to misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of hotel policies.
✔️ Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment mode.
✔️ Illegal Activities: Any involvement in gambling, drugs, harassment, or unlawful actions will result in eviction and legal action.
✔️ Extended Stays: Stays beyond seven days may require extra documentation or a security deposit.
✔️ Policy Acceptance: By checking in, guests agree to all hotel policies, rules, and conditions.
