Hotel Rules & Check-In Information:

Check-in time: From 1:00 PM
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in.
Maximum occupancy per room must be followed as per the booking confirmation.
Children under 5 years stay free when sharing a bed with parents.
Extra beds or baby cots are available on request and subject to availability.
No smoking inside rooms – designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
Please maintain a respectful and quiet environment for all guests.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Free cancellation if cancelled 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged one night’s stay.
No-shows (without cancellation) will be charged 100% of the total amount.
For group bookings (3+ rooms), cancellation must be made 7 days in advance.
Early departure or partial cancellation is non-refundable.
Any refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation policies may change during peak season, festival times, or special events.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Visitors are allowed until 9:00 PM only and must register at the front desk.
Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
Please take care of hotel property. Guests will be charged for any damage or loss.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only inside rooms, not in public areas.
The hotel is not responsible for lost valuables. Safety boxes are available at reception.
Use all electrical appliances responsibly and do not tamper with hotel equipment.
