HOTEL RULES
✔️ Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
✔️ Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID for verification as per Assam hospitality regulations; PAN Card is not accepted as ID proof.
✔️ Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in the reservation; additional persons require prior approval.
✔️ Children are welcome; however, extra bedding or child-specific amenities are subject to charges. Parents must ensure children’s supervision at all times.
✔️ Smoking is permitted only in designated areas; smoking inside rooms may attract a deep-cleaning fee.
✔️ Pets are not allowed within hotel premises for hygiene and safety reasons.
✔️ Complimentary parking is available, and the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside.
✔️ Alcohol consumption inside rooms is allowed for guests above the legal drinking age; excessive noise or nuisance is strictly prohibited.
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward staff and fellow guests. Misconduct may lead to cancellation of stay without refund.
✔️ For safety, guests must follow all emergency instructions, avoid tampering with hotel equipment, and respect local environmental guidelines common in Jorhat’s eco-sensitive zones.
CANCELLATION POLICY
✔️ Bookings cancelled up to 7 days before arrival are eligible for free cancellation and a full refund.
✔️ Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking value.
✔️ Cancellations within 48 hours, last-minute changes, and no-shows are fully non-refundable.
✔️ Early departures will be charged for the full duration of the reservation.
✔️ Date modifications are subject to availability and may result in revised rates.
✔️ Promotional, discounted, or non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
✔️ Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the hotel’s standard timeline after verification.
HOUSE RULES
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain room cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns promptly.
✔️ Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be respected for the comfort of all guests.
✔️ Visitors are permitted in lobby or common areas only; entry to rooms requires prior approval from reception.
✔️ Outside food deliveries may be restricted for security reasons; guests may dine at the in-house restaurant.
✔️ Any loss, stains, or damage to hotel property will be chargeable.
✔️ Use of common areas such as lobby, garden zones, and seating lounges should remain respectful and mindful of other guests.
✔️ Hazardous items, inflammables, weapons, or activities posing safety risks are strictly prohibited.
✔️ Guests are encouraged to follow all safety instructions, including fire exits, emergency protocol, and staff guidance.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
✔️ Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or a valid guarantee method accepted by Hotel New Park.
✔️ Room tariffs are exclusive of taxes unless specified; GST and applicable state taxes will be charged as per norms.
✔️ Payments may be made via approved digital modes, cards, or cash as per availability.
✔️ The hotel reserves Right of Admission, including refusal of stay due to misconduct or violation of policies.
✔️ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and liable for any damage caused to hotel property.
✔️ Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed as per the hotel’s standard timeline and payment channel.
✔️ Illegal activities, including gambling, narcotics, or actions violating local laws of Assam, are strictly prohibited.
✔️ Extended-stay requests are subject to availability and applicable tariffs.
✔️ The hotel shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond control, such as natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions (Force Majeure).
✔️ By confirming the reservation and checking in, guests acknowledge and accept all hotel policies, rules, and terms.
