Loud music, parties, or any disturbance to other guests is not permitted.
Hotel reserves the right to deny entry to guests under the influence of alcohol or involved in unlawful activity.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation if done 48 hours before check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur one-night retention charge.
No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the first night’s tariff.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
For group bookings or peak-season reservations, special cancellation terms may apply.
