HOTEL RULES

Hotel Kiran Residency welcomes guests with a commitment to comfort, safety, and warm Assamese hospitality. 
✔️ Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge. 
✔️ Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of arrival. 
✔️ Rooms are allotted based on the maximum permitted occupancy, and extra guests are accommodated only upon request. 
✔️ Children are welcome; however, child charges may apply depending on age and room category. 
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and corridors, with a designated smoking space provided for guest convenience. 
✔️ Pets are not allowed within the property. ✔️ Complimentary parking is available for registered guests, subject to space. 
✔️ Consumption of alcohol is permitted inside guest rooms but should not cause disturbance to others. 
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain peace, respect staff, and follow hotel safety guidelines. 
✔️ Any misconduct, illegal activity, or disturbance may lead to eviction without refund. Being located in Tinsukia, the hotel encourages guests to follow local norms, maintain cleanliness, and assist in preserving the serene environment for all.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests can enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a standard late-cancellation charge equivalent to the first night’s tariff. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged with no refund. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations, and remaining nights will be chargeable. Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Special discounted or promotional rates may be non-refundable and non-modifiable. In all cases, refunds will be processed as per the hotel’s transaction cycle and original mode of payment.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for every guest, Hotel Kiran Residency maintains high standards of hygiene, comfort, and discipline. 
✔️ Rooms must be kept clean, and housekeeping may enter daily unless instructed otherwise. 
✔️ Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. 
✔️ Visitors are permitted only in the lobby and designated areas; entry to guest rooms requires prior approval. 
✔️ Outside food is allowed but must not cause odor or waste-related issues. 
✔️ Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. 
✔️ Common areas should be used respectfully without causing inconvenience to others. 
✔️ Activities involving loud music, illegal substances, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited. 
✔️ Guests must follow safety instructions and cooperate with staff during emergencies.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A booking at Hotel Kiran Residency is confirmed only upon receipt of valid details and advance payment, where applicable. 
✔️ Tariffs are dynamic and may vary based on season, demand, and room category. 
✔️ All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. 
✔️ Payments can be made via card, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. 
✔️ In situations beyond control—such as natural calamities, strikes, or government orders—the hotel will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions. 
✔️ Guests are responsible for their belongings, and the hotel is not liable for unattended items. 
✔️ The management reserves the right of admission and may deny entry or evict guests involved in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities. 
✔️ Refunds, where applicable, will follow the hotel’s processing timeline. 
✔️ Extended stays require advance confirmation and may be subject to revised rates. 
✔️ By checking in, guests automatically agree to all hotel policies, rules, and safety guidelines.
