Hotel Rules
Check-in: 12:00 PM (Noon) | Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government ID or passport at check-in.
Room keys must be returned to the reception upon check-out.
Visitors are allowed in guest rooms until 10:00 PM; overnight visitors are not permitted.
Guests must maintain a peaceful and quiet environment to ensure comfort for all guests.
Cooking inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation if canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in.
50% charge for cancellations made within 24–48 hours of check-in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or in case of no-show.
Early departure will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
Group bookings or event reservations may have separate cancellation terms.
House Rules
Smoking: Only in designated smoking areas; all rooms are non-smoking.
Pets: Not allowed unless pre-approved by hotel management.
Guests should turn off lights, AC, and electrical appliances when not in use.
Guests are expected to respect local culture and customs during their stay.
Hotel premises are monitored by CCTV for security.
Loss or theft of personal items must be reported immediately to the front desk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive activities are not permitted without prior approval.
Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available upon request at additional cost.
Terms & Conditions
Room rates are exclusive of government taxes and service charges.
All payments must be settled at check-in or check-out as per hotel policy.
The hotel reserves the right to modify rates and policies without prior notice.
The management is not responsible for loss of valuables not secured in the hotel safe.
Misconduct, illegal activities, or damage to property will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and respecting other guests’ privacy.
The hotel is not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen events.
By confirming a booking, guests agree to abide by all hotel rules and regulations.
