Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Available on prior request and subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply depending on timing and room category.
Identification Requirement:
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID proof such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License at check-in.
Maximum Room Occupancy:
Occupancy limits are determined as per the room category. Extra adults or children will incur additional charges.
Children Policy:
Children below 6 years stay free without an extra bed.
Extra bed charges apply for children above 6 years or additional adults.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and public areas. Designated outdoor smoking zones are provided.
Alcohol Consumption:
Allowed only inside private rooms; public consumption is strictly prohibited.
Parking:
Complimentary self-parking is available for all guests.

Free Cancellation:
Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur one night’s charge.
No-Show:
Failure to check-in without prior notice will result in a 100% booking charge.
Early Departure:
No refund will be provided for unused nights in case of early check-out.
Booking Modifications:
Modifications are allowed up to 48 hours before arrival and are subject to availability.

Maintain Cleanliness:
Guests are expected to keep rooms and common areas clean and tidy.
Respect Quiet Hours:
Quiet time is observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM for a peaceful environment.
Visitors:
Non-registered visitors are allowed only in the lobby until 9:00 PM.
Lost Key Policy:
Lost room keys will incur a replacement fee.
Use of Facilities:
Hotel facilities such as lobby, seating areas, and lounge are for registered guests only.
Outside Food:
Allowed, but guests should avoid strong-smelling items inside rooms.
Damages:
Any damage to property will be charged to the responsible guest.
Valuables:
Guests must secure their valuables; hotel is not liable for loss or theft.
Respect Staff & Guests:
Aggressive or disruptive behaviour may lead to eviction without refund.
Safety First:
Fire alarms, emergency exits, and safety procedures must be strictly followed.

Reservations are confirmed only after advance payment or valid booking guarantee.
Room Rates:
Room charges are exclusive of applicable government taxes unless specified.
Payment Methods:
Payment accepted via UPI, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and cash at reception.
Force Majeure:
The hotel is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond control such as natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
Guest Liability:
Guests are responsible for any damage, misuse, or loss of hotel property during their stay.
Right of Admission:
Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to misconduct, incomplete documentation, or safety concerns.
Refund Processing:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Unlawful Activities:
Illegal acts including drug use, gambling, and harassment are prohibited and may involve local authorities.
Extended Stays:
Long-term stays may require additional verification or refundable security deposit.
Policy Acceptance:
By booking and staying at Hotel Jironi, guests automatically agree to abide by all hotel rules and terms.
