General Rules & Guidelines:

Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License).
Only registered guests are allowed inside guest rooms.
No loud music or disturbances after 10:00 PM to maintain peace for all guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Guests are requested to switch off electrical appliances when not in use.
Hotel Jhaktsang is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left unattended.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation if cancelled 7 days prior to check-in date.
50% cancellation fee if cancelled between 3 to 6 days before check-in.
100% retention will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
No refund for early check-out or shortening of stay.
For group bookings (3 rooms or more), special cancellation policies may apply.

Do not damage hotel property. Any damage/loss will be chargeable.
Use water and electricity judiciously as part of our eco-conscious efforts.
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 8:00 PM.
