Check-out time: 11:00 AM latest
Valid government-issued ID or passport required at check-in
Early check-in and late check-out available upon request and subject to availability
Children under 5 years stay free when using existing beds
Extra beds available on request with additional charges
Maximum room occupancy limits must be respected

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation if cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in date
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows incur 100% charge for the first night
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded
Group bookings (3 or more rooms) require 7 days’ notice for free cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made via hotel directly or booking platform

House Rules:

Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas; all rooms are non-smoking
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval by hotel management
Quiet hours observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in hotel restaurant or common areas
Visitors allowed only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM and must register at reception
Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property caused during their stay
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises
