Check-out time: 11:00 AM latest
Valid government-issued ID or passport required at check-in
Early check-in and late check-out available upon request and subject to availability
Children under 5 years stay free when using existing beds
Extra beds available on request with additional charges
Maximum room occupancy must be respected

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation available if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to check-in date
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for the first night
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded
For group bookings (3+ rooms), cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice for free cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated via booking platform or hotel directly

House Rules:

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas; all rooms are non-smoking
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by management
Quiet hours observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the restaurant or common areas
Visitors are allowed only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM and must register at reception
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises
