Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may have extra charges.
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Hotel is non-smoking inside the rooms; designated smoking areas are available.

❌ Cancellation Policy:

Free Cancellation if cancelled 48 hours before the check-in date.
50% charge if cancelled 24–48 hours before check-in.
100% charge for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
Group bookings (3 rooms or more) must cancel at least 5 days in advance for free cancellation.

Keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.
No parties, loud music, or group gatherings in rooms or common areas.
