✔️ Outside food is permitted, but guests must ensure proper disposal of waste.
✔️ Any damage to hotel property, intentional or accidental, will be chargeable.
✔️ Common areas such as the lounge and lobby should be used respectfully, keeping other guests’ comfort in mind.
✔️ Behaviour causing disturbance, harassment, or discomfort to others is not tolerated.
✔️ For safety, the use of candles, hot plates, heating rods, and hazardous items is prohibited.
✔️ Guests must follow all emergency and safety instructions provided by the hotel team.

✔️ Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or valid booking details.
✔️ Room tariffs are subject to applicable state taxes and may vary during peak seasons in Tezpur, Assam.
