HOTEL RULES
Check-In Time: From 12:00 PM (noon) onwards.
Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM.
ID Proof Required: All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed in rooms. Visitors must register at the front desk.
Children Policy: Children under 6 stay free (without extra bed).
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Use designated smoking areas.
Noise Policy: Maintain silence after 10:00 PM for the comfort of other guests.
Valuables: Management is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended.
Damages: Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s bill.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free Cancellation: Cancel 48 hours or more before check-in for a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in will incur one night’s charge.
No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and 100% booking charge will apply.
Early Check-Out: No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in.
Date Modifications: Subject to availability. Allowed up to 48 hours before arrival.
HOUSE RULES
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep their rooms tidy. Daily housekeeping is available.
No Parties: Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted inside rooms.
Respect Other Guests: Courteous behavior is expected from all guests toward staff and fellow visitors.
Room Key Policy: Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Outside Food: Allowed, but must not cause mess or attract pests.
Quiet Hours: Maintain a peaceful environment between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Visitors: Non-registered visitors are allowed only until 9:00 PM, and only in common areas.
Alcohol Use: Allowed in rooms only, and within limits.
Security: Follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions during emergencies or drills.
Non-Smoking Rooms: A penalty may apply if smoking is detected inside rooms.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only after partial/full advance payment or valid credit/debit card details.
Taxes & Charges: Room tariffs are exclusive of government taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods: We accept UPI, cash, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Guest Conduct: The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or evict guests for misconduct, without refund.
Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies.
Data Privacy: Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service-related purposes.
Photo/Video Policy: Guests must seek permission for any commercial photography or video shooting inside the property.
Long Stay Policy: Guests staying for more than 7 days may be required to show additional documentation.
Damage Liability: Guests will be charged for any damage caused to furniture, electronics, or hotel infrastructure.
Policy Acceptance: By staying at Hotel Bikram, guests agree to abide by all terms, rules, and policies listed above.
