General Hotel Rules

• Valid government-approved photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in
• All guests must provide correct personal details during check-in
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age
• Local laws and hotel policies must be followed during the stay

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out
• Guests must vacate the room on time to avoid extra charges

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before check-in time
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be charged one night’s room tariff
• No-show bookings will be charged as per hotel policy
• Refunds if applicable will be processed within standard banking timelines
• Modification of dates is subject to room availability and rate difference

House Rules

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only within rooms and as per local laws
• Loud music noise or disturbance is strictly not allowed
• Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises
• Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms after designated hours
• Hotel property must be used responsibly
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest

• Outside food may be restricted as per hotel guidelines
