Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in will attract 100% of the first night charge.
No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Early departure will be charged for the full confirmed stay.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Date modifications are subject to availability and rate difference.
During peak season, festivals, or special events, cancellation may be non-refundable.
