Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may attract additional charges.
A valid passport or government ID is required at the time of check-in.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in rooms.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms; designated smoking zones are available.
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by hotel management.

? Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations within 72–24 hours of arrival: 50% of total booking charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows: 100% of booking charged.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Group bookings and long stays may have special cancellation conditions.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Parties, loud music, or disruptive gatherings are not allowed.
Children must always be supervised by parents/guardians in all public areas.
Guests are responsible for their belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss or theft.
Any intentional or accidental damage to hotel property will be charged.
Illegal activities and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden inside hotel premises.

Room rates are quoted in NPR (Nepalese Rupee) and are subject to applicable government taxes.
Payments can be made through cash, cards, or accepted digital wallets.
Children below 6 years can stay free when sharing beds with parents.
Extra bed charge: NPR 2,000 per night (approx. INR 1,250 / AUD 25).
Extra child (6–10 years) charge: NPR 1,200 per night (approx. INR 750 / AUD 15).
Early check-in and late check-out may include additional charges depending on room availability.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating policies.
Guests must comply with all health, safety, and fire regulations.
The hotel will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by natural calamities or unforeseen events.
