? General Rules

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may include extra charges.
Guests must provide a valid government ID or passport at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in rooms.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms; designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance by hotel management.

? Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations within 72–24 hours of arrival: 50% of total booking charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows: 100% of booking charged.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Group or long-stay bookings may have special cancellation conditions.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Children must be supervised by parents/guardians in all public areas.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
Illegal activities or use of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.

Room rates are quoted in NPR (Nepalese Rupee) and subject to government taxes.
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or approved digital wallets.
Children under 6 years stay free when sharing a bed with parents.
Extra bed charge: NPR 2,000 per night (approx. INR 1,250 / AUD 25).
Extra child (6–10 years) charge: NPR 1,200 per night (approx. INR 750 / AUD 15).
Early check-in and late check-out depend on room availability and may include extra fees.
The management reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating hotel rules.
Guests must comply with all safety, health, and fire regulations.
The hotel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or losses caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events.
By booking with Darbar Heritage Inn, guests agree to follow all hotel policies and conditions.
