✔️ Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all staying guests; PAN card is not accepted as ID as per local guidelines.
✔️ Room occupancy must not exceed the allowed limit; additional guests require prior approval.
✔️ Children are welcome; extra bedding may incur added charges.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms; designated smoking areas are available.
✔️ Pets are not permitted within hotel premises.
✔️ Complimentary parking is provided for in-house guests; the hotel is not liable for vehicle damage or loss.

✔️ Bookings made under non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

✔️ Any accidental or intentional damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account.
✔️ Common areas such as the lobby, corridors, and lounge must be used respectfully and kept tidy.
✔️ The use of hazardous items, illegal substances, open flames, or loud equipment is strictly prohibited.

✔️ In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or unavoidable emergencies, the hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel reservations without liability.
