Valid government ID or passport is required at the time of check-in.
Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and extra charges.
Advance payment or deposit may be required for confirmation.
Guests are requested to maintain the peace and natural environment of the camp.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival date.
50% charge applies if canceled 24–48 hours before arrival.
100% charge / no refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-show.
Special policies may apply to group bookings, events, or safari packages.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

House Rules

Respect local culture, wildlife, and environment inside and around the camp.
Loud music, parties, or activities disturbing other guests are not permitted.
Visitors of registered guests are allowed only in lobby, garden, or restaurant.
Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas and must follow local law.
Children must always be accompanied by parents or guardians.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the camp is not liable for lost items.
Use of electrical appliances such as heaters, cookers, or irons inside rooms is not allowed without permission.
