Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Photo ID Required: All guests must present valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
Maximum Occupancy: Depends on room type; extra persons may be charged.
Children Policy:
Children under 6 years stay free without extra bed.
Children above 6 years considered as adults.
Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside rooms. A designated smoking area is available.
Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is permitted in private rooms but not in public/common areas.
Noise: Guests are requested to maintain silence after 10:00 PM for everyone's comfort.
? Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation:
Cancel 48 hours or more before check-in to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's stay.
No Show:
Guests who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged 100% of booking amount.
Early Departure:
No refund will be issued for early departures once the guest has checked in.
Date Changes:
Date modifications allowed 48 hours in advance, subject to availability and rate differences.
? House Rules
Cleanliness: Please keep rooms and surroundings clean. Housekeeping is provided daily.
Visitors: Outside visitors are allowed only in common areas, and only until 9:00 PM.
Room Keys: Lost room keys will attract a replacement fee.
Use of Safari Services: Bookings for jeep/elephant safaris must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Respect for Nature: Do not litter in or around the resort or in the forested zones.
Use of Property: Facilities like garden and common sitting areas are for registered guests only.
No Loud Music: To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, loud music or parties are not allowed.
Security: Always lock doors when leaving rooms. The resort is not responsible for unattended belongings.
Damage to Property: Any damages will be charged to the guest's final bill.
Staff Conduct: Guests are requested to treat all staff members with respect and courtesy.

Booking Confirmation:
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or valid credit/debit card guarantee.
Room Rates:
Rates are exclusive of applicable GST and service charges, unless specified.
Payment Modes Accepted:
UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash are accepted.
Right of Admission Reserved:
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of misconduct or false information.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Lockers are not provided.
Force Majeure Clause:
In case of natural calamities, pandemics, or government restrictions, cancellation policies may be relaxed.
Extended Stay:
Guests staying longer than 7 days may be asked for additional documents or advance payment.
Local Law Compliance:
All guests must comply with local tourism, forest, and safety regulations.
Check-out Procedure:
Ensure all bills are settled and keys returned at the time of check-out.
Policy Agreement:
By confirming a booking or staying at the property, guests agree to abide by all hotel rules and terms.
