All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Check-in and check-out timings must be strictly followed as per resort policy. Guests are requested to respect the resort property, surroundings, and fellow guests at all times. Any damage to resort property will be chargeable to the guest. Management reserves the right to deny accommodation or services to guests violating resort rules or causing disturbance.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-show cases will be charged one night’s room tariff or full booking amount, as applicable. Early departure after check-in may not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation policies may vary during peak season or special dates and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on resort premises. Loud music or noise that disturbs other guests is not permitted, especially during night hours. Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted by management. Outside food and beverages may be restricted.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort. Room allocation is at the discretion of management based on booking type. The resort shall not be responsible for loss of valuables unless deposited with the front desk. Guests are advised to follow wildlife and forest guidelines while visiting nearby safari zones. The management reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice. Any disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction only.
