Rules & Regulations

Guests must present valid government photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License).
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM (Dirang local time).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and extra charges.
Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms and resort premises.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, not inside rooms or public spaces.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval; extra cleaning charges may apply.
Guests must follow Arunachal Pradesh tourism guidelines and carry ILP (Inner Line Permit) if required.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation if cancelled 7 days or more before check-in date.
50% retention charge if cancelled between 3 to 6 days before arrival.
No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of check-in or no-show.
Date modifications allowed once, subject to room availability and seasonal price difference.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

Please respect nature and do not litter in resort gardens or Dirang surroundings.
Bonfires must be requested in advance; resort staff will arrange safely.
Use water and electricity responsibly to support our eco-friendly sustainability efforts.
Outside food, alcohol, or cooking is not permitted in the rooms.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near river view points and gardens.
Any damage to property, furniture, or fixtures will be charged at actual cost.

Resort reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of natural calamities, roadblocks, or government restrictions; full refund will be provided.
