? General Rules

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may include extra charges.
Guests must provide a valid passport or government-issued ID at check-in.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in rooms.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms; designated smoking areas are provided.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by hotel management.

? Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made 72–24 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.
Group bookings and long stays may follow separate cancellation policies.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times in public areas.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for theft or loss.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.
Illegal or restricted activities are strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises.

Children under 6 years stay free if sharing beds with parents.
Extra bed charge: NPR 2,000 per night (approx. INR 1,250 / USD 15).
Extra child (6–10 years) charge: NPR 1,200 per night (approx. INR 750 / USD 9).
Early check-in and late check-out may involve additional charges.
Hotel management reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating rules.

The hotel is not liable for disruptions due to natural calamities or unforeseen events.
