HOTEL RULES 
✔️ Check-in time at Aroma Residency Tinsukia is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and additional charges.
✔️ All guests must present valid government-issued ID proof at check-in as per Assam regulations.
✔️ Maximum room occupancy is as per the selected room type. Extra guests require prior approval.
✔️ Children are welcome; extra beds are available on request. Supervision of minors is mandatory.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
✔️ Pets are not allowed to ensure hygiene and comfort of all guests.
✔️ Complimentary parking is provided for in-house guests with limited capacity.
✔️ Alcohol consumption is allowed only within room premises; local laws must be observed.
✔️ Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow visitors. Any damage or misconduct will be liable for charges.
✔️ Emergency exits and fire safety protocols are strictly enforced for guest safety.
✔️ Aroma Residency Tinsukia emphasizes local culture and provides assistance for sightseeing in Tinsukia and nearby attractions, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay.

✔️ Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
✔️ Late cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur one-night room charges.
✔️ No-shows will be charged the full amount for the first night.
✔️ Early departures will be charged as per the original booking unless otherwise approved.
✔️ Guests can modify their booking dates subject to room availability without penalties if done before 24 hours of check-in.
✔️ Certain promotional or non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
✔️ All cancellation and refund requests are processed in accordance with hotel policies and payment method terms.

✔️ Booking confirmation is valid only upon receipt of payment or guarantee from the guest.
✔️ Room tariffs are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
✔️ Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking as accepted by the hotel.
