Cancellation before 30 days – partial refund.

Cancellations requested more than 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a partial refund of the total booking amount. This deduction accounts for administrative overhead and the opportunity cost of holding the date. The exact percentage of the refund will be determined based on the specific event package.
